It is engaged in the business of acquisition of oil blocs within and outside Nigeria and entering into partnership for the acquisition of same for oil and gas purposes and to carry on and any other businesses related with oil and gas.

The Company also carries on the business of supply and marketing of oil and gas, crude oil, pure petroleum in industrial chemicals, bitumen and agricultural oil production, petrochemical, natural gas plant crude oil refinery, organic fertilizer, chemicals, plant project, progress system design, industrial operations, lubricating oil units and oil supply base services.

It has the technical know-how of how to run and maintain petroleum, oil and gas services company and major in repairs of refineries by use of technical know-how and imported and transferred technology to the country.
