Althani Oil & Gas Limited was registered to carry on the business of independent marketing and sale of all varieties of petroleum products including petrol, diesel, gasoline, engine oil, kerosene, cooking gas, hydraulic fluid, gear box and Axle oil and to erect structures for that purpose, and to carry on the business of petroleum merchant of all petroleum products.

It is also engaged in the provision of energy solutions to all renewable source of energy either described as electrical, solar, petroleum and gas energy providers, installers, maintenance, repairers at home, offices, government establishments, schools, hospitals and for oil companies

The Company also engages in the business of software design, projects and contracts both within the upstream and downstream sectors of the oil and gas industry.
