Mr. Oludare Elegbe is a highly experienced and dynamic professional with over 18 years of expertise spanning business analysis, business process optimization, project management, financial management, and regulatory compliance in both public and private organizations across 3 continents, Africa, Europe and North America. As pioneer Managing Director of Neroli Technologies and Chief Operating Officer of Neroli Technologies International, Mr. Elegbe brings a unique blend of technical, strategic, and leadership skills essential for developing and overseeing large-scale projects, managing cross-functional teams, and driving operational efficiency in a competitive and regulated environment.

Oludare holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Nigeria’s premier University, the University of Ibadan, a Masters Degree in Business and Commercial Law from Liverpool John Moores University, United Kingdom and is a member of the Nigerian Bar, International Institute of Business Analysis. He has supported projects on behalf of the Government of Canada, London Borough Councils, multiple IOCs and the Federal Government of Nigeria. He holds several certifications in Risk Management, Information Systems Audits, Project Management and Regulatory Compliance.
